Before joining Panasonic in 2019, Ken held senior executive roles at Boeing, including Vice President of Digital Solutions and Analytics for Boeing Global Services and CEO of Boeing subsidiary Jeppesen.

With more than 30 years of experience, she leads the company’s growth strategy and business evolution, having held senior roles across human resources, strategic and corporate planning, digitization, and corporate social responsibility.
Hirofumi Suzuki

Hirofumi Suzuki has been an Executive Officer and the Solution Revenue Officer (SRO) of Panasonic Holdings Corporation since April 2026. Prior to joining Panasonic, he served as President and Representative Director of SAP Japan, where he led the company’s business strategy and operations in the Japanese market. He has extensive experience in the supply chain software industry, having previously held the position of President and Representative Director of JDA Software Japan (now part of Blue Yonder).
